My Program

I know I am always talking about getting you all involved in working out with Integrity Fitness, but instead I figured I would speak about my own fitness program. A little more than two months ago, I was hating the job I was at, under a lot of stress, not working out much, as well as eating what ever I wanted. I left that job and started the quest of my own business and made a decision that I must also start over with my life in terms of health and fitness. I created a program six weeks ago… I was about 16% body fat and weighed about 186lbs which means I had about 30lbs of fat on my body. It was extremely difficult to run a mile back then because my cardiovascular endurance was terrible. Anyway, I have been doing something active 4-6 times a week, watching my eating habits and taking my multi-vitamin, drinking nothing but water and milk, getting 6-8 hrs of sleep almost every night. I now weigh 180lbs and my body fat is down to 7%. That means I have lost over 17 lbs of fat and gained 11 lbs of muscle. I feel the keys to my success have been that I have cut back on my fast food of any kind. I limit myself to 1 fast food meal a wk if any, when I was having 3-5/wk. I also cut out almost all alcohol. Lastly, I’ve been consistently being active.
