Blu Lounge, once recognized solely for their upscale clientele and classy VIP lounge, have recently expanded their event offerings and are branching into new territory for downtown nightlife. The most notable of these new events is the weekly installment of Keepin’ It Deep, presented by Muzique Boutique and hosted by Mojo Mofo Slater Hogan. This Thursday show has recently brought nationally recognized performers such as DJ Icey, Mark Farina, Derrick Carter, DJ Dan, Justin Long, and The Hood Internet, just to name a few. Now with a Final Four Playboy Party, James Amato and King Britt lined up in April, it looks like Blu Lounge may be enjoying their new found street cred among the local EDM and Hipster crowds.
Although Blu Lounge‘s new musical taste has attracted a more diverse crowd to the dance floor, the club maintains its high standards and continues to offer a prime night club experience for everyone. Affluent guests still enjoy the perks of the VIP lounge, while night clubbers are offered quality music for dancing that far exceeds the limits of Top 40 DJ’s. The ultimate result is an assortment of personalities on any given night of the week who come together to enjoy wonderful drinks and dancing in a handsome, swanky setting.
That being said…Blu Lounge is turning 4 years old!
